Little about me… Tina!

I am passionate about helping you become the best version of yourself because there was a season in my life that I had to find myself again.

I had a loss in my life and it felt like a part of me died too. I needed to find the new me and I know there are others that need that same help. Together we can grow through what we go through.

I used to be one of those people that thought results would only come if I worked out for 1+ hours each day, at the gym, with all the fancy equipment. Wow, was I wrong! With no fancy equipment, 30 minutes a day, and 5 days a week, I’ve gotten the BEST results of my life!
